Eligibility

​HOMELESS IS DEFINED AS A PERSON WHO

​

  • Lacks a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence​

  • Lives in a shelter or a place not meant for human habitation​

  • Is fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence​

  • Is at imminent risk (within 14 days) of losing their housing​

  • Was homeless in the 60-day period before  enrollment and has found housing since.
