Vice President of Operations
The Vice President of Operations (VP) for Sanctuary, Inc., under WestCare Pacific Islands, Inc. "WPI" (the WestCare's Foundation's Guam-based affiliate), will provide managerial, operational and programmatic leadership across all programs including emergency shelter, crisis response, outpatient and residential treatment programs for youth and their families. Additionally, the VP will lead efforts to develop new services across the region aligned with WestCare Pacific Islands and Sanctuary's strategic mission.
