WestCare Pacific Islands (WPI) works to “uplift the human spirit” by providing programs that address some of the most critical challenges in our community. With an extensive range of services for homelessness and behavioral health, WPI also promotes prevention initiatives focused on substance use, teen pregnancy, and family-strengthening. Guided by the CHamoru value of inafa’maolek, WPI strengthens island communities through training, community awareness, and expanded resources.
