PROJECT ISA-TA & PREP Palau
Project Isa-Ta's Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) Preparation for Adulthood and Teen Health Ways (PATHways) offers prevention-based training to Guam and Palau’s youth; increasing their capacities in positive choices, becoming leaders in our communities, and engaging in pro-social activities. Isa-Ta offers evidence-based approaches that are gender-responsive and age appropriate for middle school students. The youth have an opportunity to learn skills to cope with peer pressure, build healthy relationships, and increase their self-esteem. Using an interactive approach, Project Isa-Ta PREP PATHways teaches refusal skills that show youth how to set personal limits.

"One of the best things about working with youth is their energy, curiosity, and a reminder to just live, let go, and just 'be'. Being a part of a program that empowers kids to be their best selves gives me hope for the future and well-being of our community."
